Personal Care Services: eating, grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, cognitive impairments, mobility, medication supervision, aid with morning wake-up, assist with evenings and tuck-in, provide Alzheimer’s/dementia care
Home Helper Services: meal preparation, prepare grocery lists, pick up prescriptions, organize and clean closets, assist with pet care, care for house plants, gardening, dusting, vacuuming and sweeping, arrange appointments, check food expirations.
Companionship Services: provide respite care, transport and escort for shopping, errands and appointments, stimulate mental awareness, companionship and conversation, answer the door and phones, maintain calendar, provide reminders for appointments, play games and cards, visit neighbours and friends, assistance to access social and recreational events in the community, escort to religious services
Allied Health Services: art therapy, audiology, chiropractic, dietetics, music therapy, occupational therapy, optometry (no home visits), osteopathy, physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology, rehabilitation, counselling, social work, speech pathology
Post Hospital Care: assistance throughout hospital discharge and recovery at home
